Thanks for using our ministry services. The Ministry Services here are freely provided by Julie Blair Ministries. Regular Church services are held weekly online at Youtube.com, Google Plus, SoundCloud.com, Facebook.com, Twitter, and UANetwork.
By reading or using our website and or using any free ministry support services provided, you are agreeing to these terms. You understand and accept that these terms are lawful, legal and binding upon you, in any court, anywhere in The United States of America, without protest or objection or that of those who represent you. Please read them carefully.
Our Ministry Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or requirements (including age requirements) may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services. You must be 18 years or older to use this website.

  1. USING OUR MINISTRY SERVICES

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services.

You unconditionally understand and unconditionally agree that by simply reading and or viewing this website and or accessing our website materials and or printing materials from this website that you hereby unconditionally understand and unconditionally agree that our TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT and its subsequent provisions, policies, permissions and clauses are true, correct, legal, lawful and binding upon you, in any court, anywhere in The United States of America, without protest or objection or that of those who represent you.
In order to use this website, our educational materials and support, you unconditionally agree and fully understand and accept the following terms or use agreement, policies and indemnifications:
1- You unconditionally agree that there are no refunds for any religious item donations (tithes and offerings) freely given to JULIE BLAIR MINISTRIES or JULIE BLAIR and that no refunds for any donations given to us will be issued for any reason.
2- You unconditionally agree to waive any right to dispute or chargeback any donation given to JULIE BLAIR MINISTRIES or JULIE BLAIR. You agree that in the event that you violate this agreement that you will immediately be billed and agree to pay us a $5,000.00 USD chargeback/dispute processing fee for merchant account fees, legal fees and potential court costs.
3- You unconditionally understand and unconditionally agree to waive any and all rights to sue JULIE BLAIR MINSTRIES or JULIE BLAIR for any reason whatsoever and hold it’s associated parties harmless and not bear witness against them or us in any court or jurisdiction in these The United States of America FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER and or including but not limited to you having any issues resulting from use, misuse and management of this ministry materials, including matters involving governmental, civil, or criminal matters relating to use of any materials or resources from JULIE BLAIR MINISTRIES..
4- You unconditionally agree that this Terms of Use Agreement can be amended and changed from time to time at the sole discretion of JULIE BLAIR MINISTRIES and you unconditionally agree to any and all changes we make in the future to these terms of use agreement will be considered binding upon you even if you have previously agreed to these terms at an earlier date and time.
5- You unconditionally agree that the jurisdiction and enforcement of ALL of the terms and sections of these terms of use agreement is acceptable and enforceable in ANY State, Country, Court or jurisdiction where either common law or civil law is present. This includes foreign nations outside of the United States territorial boundaries. You agree that no matter what country you live in or reside, that you agree to our terms of use and that we can enforce whatever penalties associated with the violation of these terms in your local court or ruling authorities jurisdiction.
6- You unconditionally agree that ANY religious item donation(s) given to JULIE BLAIR MINISTRIES by you or anyone may be appropriated at the sole discretion of The Empowerment Center Overseer and Successors, a Corporation Sole and The Empowerment Center Church Overseer to any financial need our ministry has at any given time regardless if you donated toward a specific mission we manage here at ChurchFreedom.org and The Empowerment Center Church.
II. PERMISSION
You unconditionally agree that all of JULIE BLAIR MINISTRIES E-books or parts thereof may not be reproduced in any form, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form by any means – electronic, mechanical, photocopy, recording, or otherwise – without prior written permission by the author, except as provided by United States of America copyright law.
You unconditionally agree through the visit to JULIE BLAIR MINISTRIES website to the collection of  various forms of information. JULIE BLAIR MINISTRIES has established and implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information that we collect online. If the content remains, in whole or in part, you will immediately be billed $5,000.00 USD for legal fees and court costs until such complete costs are determined in litigation. Should these charges remain unpaid for 30 calendar days from the billing date, your unpaid invoice will be forwarded to our third party collection firm and will be reported to consumer credit reporting agencies until paid.
